    Job Description Practitioner, Maintenance Process Improvement (MPI) - Decatur, IL This is a full time, exempt level position

    Job Summary:


    The MPI Practitioner role is designed to coach and guide the implementation of Maintenance Process Improvement in the areas of CMMS, MRO and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.

    This role works directly with both the RCM Technology Center, Execution Business Unit, Regional Managers and the various site personnel assigned for implementation.

    This individual is a key leader with implementation, sustainability and continuous improvement of the RCM MPI Reliability Program.

    Additionally, this person is considered a leader in the MPI (Maintenance Process Improvement) team and is responsible for driving step change improvement of CMMS, MRO and Planning and Scheduling at the site level.

    The Practitioner will apply their knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement to optimize the company's physical assets, maintenance, reliability processes and strategies.

    The MPI Practitioner leads the acceptance, implementation, adoption and sustainability of necessary CMMS, MRO and Planning and Scheduling improvements needed at specifically assigned sites per the SOPs and procedures developed by the CMMS Lead, MRO Lead and Planning and Scheduling Lead / MPI Lead

    Position Responsibilities:
    Travel required, up to 20% Assess current level of maturity for assigned sites' CMMS, MRO and Planning and Scheduling processesDevelop plan with assigned sites for improving upon CMMS, MRO and Planning and Scheduling processes with lower maturity levels per the MPI Deployment PlanLead MPI deployments in several locations per the MPI Deployment PlanDeploy the MPI strategy and ensure it is integrated as part of Performance ExcellenceWork closely with plant maintenance team and CMMS CRG'sCommunication with RCM Regional Managers, RCM Directors and other Technology Centers to ensure alignment between the different deploymentsDrive metrics and KPI's in support of operational goals while improving safety, quality, delivery and costImplementation of effective usage of maintenance planning, scheduling and execution processes using ADM's chosen computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

    Implementation of the standard MRO processTrain teams to utilize tools and methodologies aligned to MPIServe as multi-site implementation leaderServe as multi-site sustainment leaderAudits/coaches the sites every visitAudits/coaches KPIs, Pillars and key projects each visitEnsures visibility of KPIs, trend managementProvide/share foundational best-practicesRequired Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree (or higher)10+ years of experience in industrial maintenanceElectrical or mechanical experience in a manufacturing maintenance environmentExperience leading and motivating maintenance, CMMS and MRO peopleKnowledge of maintenance work management processesKnowledge of CMMS systems like Maximo and SAPGood communication and leadership experienceGood written and oral communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications:
