    Monday-Friday 8am-430pm with on call rotation one week monthly
    Clinic and surgery required
    6 month minimum commitment required
    Must be available within 15 minutes by phone, 60 minutes onsite
    Glaucoma specialist preferred
    Requires ACLS and BLS certification
    Hospital privileges required
    Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
    Assignment details and time entry in online portal
