- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Five (5) years of exempt-level recruiting experience, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
- Previous experience recruiting for hospital or healthcare positions preferred.
- Possession of Professional Human Resources certification preferred.
