    Summary

    The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day oversight and analysis of Stone & Sapporo orders, inventory as it relates to orders and freight loads. Support Local & National distribution activities. Provide support to the Logistics organization through ad hoc reporting and analysis.

    Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm ET

    Responsibilities

    • Run and analyze reports on orders/Load inventory to ensure all order lines on loads are fulfilled and shipment dates are reflected accurately.
    • Review Loads and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to fulfill customer orders and report out to the team issues with order fulfillment.
    • Distribute reports on Pallet Minimums, Open Sales Order for Load Building & At-Risk Load Inventory.
    • Monitor Transportation communication between Stone and shipping partners. Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
    • Oversee the Load Inventory up to ship date for all Stone and Sapporo/Unibroue distributors and evaluate for load efficiency and necessary adjustments.
    • Build and update National loads, adjust ship dates as needed and communicate out load details to stakeholders
    • Create tools to evaluate Loads shipping on time/Load inventory, established metrics and KPI's as well as improve business processes and support the Operations Team.
    • Review, evaluate and report out on Load adjustment requests per carrier/broker.
    • Provide load detail information to carriers as needed
    • Audit/Complete Fill Rate/OTIF metrics performance reporting for National Operations Teams
    • Run and analyze ad hoc business reports as needed
    • Provide back up for Logistics Analyst duties as needed
    • Point of contact for Power BI reporting as it relates to order fulfillment.
    Requirements
    • Education: High School diploma or GED required but Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical preferred
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition. Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 3 to 4 years of related experience and/or training in Logistics and/or supply chain or a combination of education and work, preferably in a beverage industry (beer, soda, milk, or water). Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting aptitude to include mathematical and reasoning abilities. Aptitude for applying a high level of attention to detail.
    • Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, order management, ERP, or Distribution software systems. Microsoft AX knowledge is a plus. Accurate 10 key by touch.
    • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
