- Build strong and long lasting relationships with relevant key stakeholders in software procurement with a number of selected Innova accounts (often on C-level)
- Secure the selected Innova accounts are fully aware of the entire Innova Food Processing software offering
- Work as a trusted partner to our customers on strategic software discussions, planning and budgeting
- Secure Innova Life Cycle Support Agreements are renewed year-on-year in close corporation with the Marel Customer Care Manager Teams
- Work closely and in coordination with the Marel sales and service network to secure good alignment on account planning and activities
- Provide market intelligence on new trends and market developments to Innova Product Management
- Work closely with Innova service team to secure high customer satisfaction
- Able to commit to extensive travel within assigned sales territory (40-60%)
- High degree of understanding on software sales and the underlying sales process
- Demonstrated strong ability establish and maintain long-lasting relationships at C-level
- Good understanding of the value software and software contracts brings and have the ability to communicate the value to Innova existing and current accounts
- Ability to execute agreed tasks & deadlines against performance criteria (KPI).
- Strong advocate for the proposed solution and the product with background in customer business benefits
- Persistent and experience with medium to long sales cycles
- 5 years of Software sales experience

The Innova team has over 160 employees, with 30 sales and service offices around the world.Innova software can analyze, optimize and control almost any manufacturing situation, and over 1,800 Innova software systems are being used around the world.
Innova Food Processing Software ensures reliable data collection, provides full traceability throughout the production process. It includes real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, throughput, quality, capacity and labor efficiency.These valuable insights enable processors to identify opportunities for improvements, while ensuring that production conforms to quality and food safety standards.
