    OCM Engagement Senior Advisor

    WSP is currently initiating a search for an OCM Engagement Senior Advisor to

    lead and

    provide support and guidance to regional and global IT initiatives.


    The position will involve liaising with technical and non-technical team members to create impactful and meaningful communication, through a variety of communication channels.

    You will be required to work with stakeholders worldwide to provide guidance and / or to help identify optimal communication channels.


    YOUR IMPACT


    Communication and engagement business partner who will develop, coordinate, update and deliver communication & engagement plans to facilitate complex and transformational change internally.

    Adopt a global approach to change communications & engagement

    Implement strategic messages that educate the community on the purpose, need, benefits and perceived impacts of projects and programs.

    Utilize the ADKAR Change model for communication

    Lead or support all aspects of communication for internal program comms

    Implement internal social media plans including writing and vetting of various posts (Viva Engage, Intranet or Canopy, Broadcast channels, etc.)

    Research and create content for a variety of communication channels, including website, internal social media, talking points, and presentations.

    Hands on creation of visually stimulating, information / briefing pack etc.

    Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders

    Create and measure metrics for success


    WHO YOU ARE
    Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

    Experience planning and organising communication & engagement deliverables across a complex, multidisplinary stakeholder landscape

    Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deliverables at once

    Strong communicator and confident to interface effectively with a range of stakeholders

    Self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong, collaborative team player

    A good level of IT knowledge with experience in management of internal communications tools and or digital tools to enhance users experience

    A knack for innovative or creative engagement solutions

    High level of attention to detail

    7+ years of experience

    Bachelors Degree
