Job summary
The Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) DT Program Manager is an experienced leadership role responsible for overseeing all projects required to meet the objectives of the Global Ethics and Compliance function including any objectives to exit the Deferred Prosecution Agreement.
+Responsibilities
- Develops a comprehensive roadmap aligned with the short term and long-term objectives
- Communicate the program and vision to stakeholders. Ability to tailor messaging across various audiences, from executives to project teams.
- Create a culture of innovation and strive to adopt solutions which allow RTX to grow and utilize new technologies.
