    Salary:
    $220,000

    - $330,000 per year A bit about us: Our client, a leading full-service California law firm, is actively recruiting for career-oriented Corporate Finance attorneys in both their San Francisco and Irvine offices.

    We are seeking attorneys with 4+ years of experience in commercial and/or real estate finance transactions.

    Academic background from a top law school and/or comparable firm experience will play a factor in consideration.

    Core responsibilities include:

    Structure and execute complex debt financing transactions from inception to closing for both lenders and borrowers Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and other financing documentation Manage UCC Article 9 and real estate secured lending transactions Advise on syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending, and acquisition financing Coordinate due diligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A-related financings Counsel clients on regulatory compliance and credit facility amendments The firm is consistently recognized as one of California's best legal employers with a reputation for high retention, collaborative practices, and promoting from within.
