• Lead Health Safety operations for AMER region US Canada You will manage operational team drive performance own risk management region Act trusted advisor key regional executives Real Estate Security ES Legal must adept at building high-trust relationships navigate complex operational challenges ensure companys success Manage high-stakes operational nuances regulatory compliance oversee emergency preparedness across largest footprint including Corporate Headquarters Collaborate peers on HSLT define strategy evolving Health Safety Management System This includes defining key program elements clear ownership accountability Lead major part global safety system be determined collaboration peers HSLT goal best leverage each leaders skills interests Areas responsibility could include System Performance Management Team Enablement Alignment Digital Transformation Drive enterprise-wide initiatives demonstrate Health Safety value proposition contribute directly companys success Drive KPI development strategy measure optimize program effectiveness
