- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed insurance agent for Property and Casualty
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in commercial lines insurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and procedures

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep (CSR) at Gietl & Strutz Insurance Inc. located in Tucson, AZ. The Commercial Lines CSR will be responsible for assisting clients with insurance policies and claims, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and making recommendations to management to improve customer satisfaction. The Commercial Lines CSR will also interact with underwriters and carriers to place insurance policies and ensure accurate documentation of all policies. Must be willing to work without being micromanaged.
