Job summary
The clinical support staff (CMA) is responsible for assisting patients from lobby to office exam room where they will obtain various pertinent patient information such as vital statistics current medical concerns as well as update on current medications and allergies.
Responsibilities
- Performs all duties under the supervision of the physician/provider
- Greet patients courteously and assist patients in the examination room in a helpful and compassionate manner
- Obtains and accurately records vital signs chief complaints current medications and allergies
