NPS – Net Promoter Score; % Sales to Plan; Customer Count; Complete Pair; Labor; Training Saturation; Exam Growth; and others
Attracts and hires highly engaged team to ensure the store has the right people in the right place at the right time
Partners with Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer patient experience drive store KPIs
Takes pride in store guides team execute operational inventory visual tasks guidelines flawlessly ensure best customer patient experience Ensures all Company approved safety programs implemented maintained consistently per standards maintain safe FUN working environment
