    As the

    Operations Forecasting Financial Analyst

    you will provide leaders with the best data-based model to predict short-and-long term unit-level and financial transactions.

    You will prepare all data and assist the director to facilitate monthly discussions with key stakeholders to review factors that may impact the base forecast.

    And continuously seek to evolve the model for increasing reliability and accuracy
    A Day in the Life
    Solution Development & Execution-

    Analyze data, provide trend information and draw conclusions for executive level and business leaders, making consultative recommendations for forecasting and process improvements

    Reporting Data - Provide mid-month actual to forecast tracking and recommend actions (if applicable).

    Client Interactions-

    Prepare monthly presentation of analysis of prior month results and updated forecast to executive level leadership

    Develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure up to date input information for forecasting

    Shared Accountabilities-

    Facilitate monthly short-and-long term forecasting discussions with cross functional stakeholders to increase the accuracy of the monthly forecast model

    Assist manager with projects and other duties as needed

    Requirements
    Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer science or equivalent.

    Strong analytic and mathematical aptitude is required

    MS Office skills required, intermediate to advance Excel skills is required

    Must have Demonstrated strong knowledge and skills in SQL

    Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tool

    Identify solution constraints and analyze alternatives, mitigate risks and conduct re-evaluations as necessary, with respect to process/solution.

    Demonstrate and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in an organized fashion.

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, change management and presentation skills (written and verbal) at all levels.


    Able to manage large streams of data, making recommendations to leadership members & influence decision making is a routine part of the position, often under tight timeframes.

    Must be able to be decisive while remaining objective

    Able to multi-task and work independently.

    *Internally, this role will be referred to as Sr. Origination Forecast Analyst**This role requires the ability to work Tue/Wed/Thur weekly in the Hopkins, MN office*#LI-KT1
