    Summary:

    As an Ecommerce Product Content Coordinator (International), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless distribution of product content for our international regions, ensuring consistency and standardization across all the regions we operate in.

    Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating with various internal teams (buying, imaging, creative, planners), managing product information, and prioritizing content for international product ranges to ensure that our international teams are supplied with relevant content in a timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities:1.


    Coordinate Product Content:
    Serve as the primary liaison for all product content and activation needs across international teams, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of data/content

    2 Product Knowledge Management:
    Develop a deep understanding of our product ranges and collaborate with buying/design teams to highlight and coordinate key information relevant to international markets

    3 Product Copywriting:
    Generate product descriptions independently or utilize AI tools to generate engaging content about our products in a standard format

    4 Manage Product Imagery:
    Coordinate the distribution of product imagery for international regions via a central process

    5 Prioritize Product Ranges:
    Determine and prioritize product content across international ranges based on various factors such as seasonality, demand, and strategic objectives to ensure timely availability of product information

    6 Handle Product Queries:
    Act as the central point of contact for all international product-related queries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses

    7 Collaborate with International Regions:
    Work closely with international regions to understand their specific product content requirements assisting them in accessing relevant product information

    8 Information Management:
    Efficiently manage product information in various systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for international teams.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in product content and messaging.
    • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Prior experience in ecommerce, product management, or content coordination preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
    • Experience in DAM (Bynder) or equivalent.
    • Experience with Shopify or equivalent.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) or equivalent.
    • Fluency in other languages is a bonus.

    Salary Range:
    The pay range of this position is $24/hr - $26/hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
