    We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer nursing care to medically fragile children/adults
    • Diagnose and establish children/adults treatment plans
    • Monitor and report changes in children/adults symptoms or behavior
    • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding care parameters
    • Educate colleagues about health maintenance and disease prevention
    • Participate in conference sessions
    • Utilize electronic medical records

    Qualifications:

    • Rate is based on Skill Competence Review Check; This Skill Competence check will determine your Level of practice which determines the PDN case/assignment
    • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
    • Familiarity with medical software, electronic capture and equipment (Tablet APPs)
    • Ability to build rapport with staff, children/adults, team members
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Must have a current, unrestricted, and verifiable License.

    Must have current CPR and First Aid certification. Not for non-health care professional.

    Employee/Contractor must have at least one year of clinical experience which includes pediatric/adult direct patient care within the last two years. Not for non-health care professional.

    Current malpractice insurance certificate. Not for non-health professionals.

    Ability to meet physical requirements and demands of the position.
