The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead all third-party co-manufacturing sourcing efforts for branded consumer products.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate Co-Manufacturer Contracts:
Lead contract and pricing negotiations with co-manufacturing partners, ensuring competitive terms and alignment with business objectives , - Manage Partner Documentation:
Maintain documentation and records for all co-manufacturer relationships, ensuring compliance and audit readiness , - Conduct Site Audits:
Audit co-manufacturing facilities to evaluate processes, capabilities, food safety, and quality systems , - Assess Co-Manufacturer Risk:
Perform risk-based assessments to determine appropriate levels of oversight for each co-manufacturer ,< li >Transfer GMP Knowledge: < br > Ensure co - manufacturers understand and implement company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including food safety and quality standards < li >Drive Commercialization Projects: < br > Partner cross - functionally to manage new product commercialization at co - manufacturing sites < li >Support Facility Transitions : < br > Collaborate with Operations on repatriation efforts and transitions between co - manufacturing facilitiesJob description
