    Location:
    Faribault, Minnesota

    Responsibilities:
    - Maintain punctual and regular attendance
    - Adhere to Company guidelines for plant operations
    - Follow Crown's Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules
    - Complete department/union training programs
    - Assist in painting areas of the plant as needed
    - Deep clean plant areas to meet SQF guidelines
    - Bale cardboard and recyclables
    - Perform daily cleaning tasks as per checklist
    - Observe and assist in overall plant processes
    - Ensure general maintenance in the work area

    Division Overview:
    Crown's Closures, Aerosol & Promotional Packaging (CAPP) Division specializes in providing packaging solutions to major consumer goods companies in North America. Our clients include SC Johnson, Abbott Laboratories, and Unilever.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    - Minimum age requirement: 18 years
    - Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work for extended hours
    - Basic math skills
    - Proficient in English language
    - Willingness to work in varied environments
    - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
