- Registered nurse diploma (Required)
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (Preferred)
- No prior work experience required
- Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- Certification in a clinical specialty area (Preferred)
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment
- Utilize nursing process in patient care delivery
- Assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
- Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources

- Adapt behavior to specific patient population needs
