    12-Month Contract for U.S. Citizens Only


    Primary Job Duties:
    • Provide Sales Distribution (SD) expertise to refine business requirements;
    • Offer configuration, data migration, interface, and functional assistance;
    • Lead the design of SD interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements;
    • Create and update systems documentation such as business process procedures, functional design specifications, and test cases;
    • Support the development of training materials and address trainer inquiries;
    • Define user authorization needs;
    • Deliver help desk support, resolving end user issues, troubleshooting SD defects, and assessing potential ERP SD system enhancements;
    • Conduct briefings, demos, or training sessions when necessary


    Requirements:
    • This role demands a deep understanding of functional areas and SAP modules, specifically Sales Distribution (SD)
    • Proven experience in presenting briefings to senior stakeholders
    • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams as a program or project manager
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program data, address inconsistencies, and suggest solutions
    • Familiarity with Department of Defense IT structures
    • Privileged access is required, along with PAA form and SSBI clearance


    Preferred Skills:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience
    • Background in post go-live production support and issue resolution
    • Emphasis on customer service, responsiveness, and effective customer management
