Business/Data Analyst

Work with the Education Data Manager, Data Team/DOE Application group staff, and vendor on the implementation of the education state longitudinal data system projects.

Align, develop and maintain a document library of technical and business data architecture resources including but not limited to:
data flows, business rules, and data matching protocols for data exchanges in the data lake/warehouse.

Work with vendors and other data systems to develop and maintain a data dictionary of data contained within the data warehouse.

Work with a team of business, program and technical partners to analyze data availability for data exchanges, visualization, reporting and analysis, including gathering specifications, planning and design of integrated data products.

This position will be housed primarily at DOE with some other location work anticipated.

Skills in SQL, Amazon QuickSight, MS Tech Stack, R or SaS, Data Visualization experience, experience or interest in business process, data pipeline & workflow modernization a plus.
