    Position Overview

As a Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will deliver exceptional customer service, process high-volume transactions accurately, educate customers on new technology, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong relationships. This role will be based in Saint Clairsville, OH at the St. Clairsville retail banking branch.

    Job Description
    • Deliver personalized customer experiences that improve financial well-being and foster loyalty, increasing share of wallet. Process diverse customer interactions, educating them on alternative options for their financial needs.
    • Identify opportunities for referrals through meaningful conversations with customers, connecting them with relevant branch staff or ecosystem partners.
    • Engage with customers in the lobby, positioning PNC products to meet their needs and leveraging technology to manage financial transactions.
    • Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively.
    • Maintain adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring efficient completion of daily operations and maintenance transactions.
