    RCM Application Configuration Analyst

    Job Summary
    The RCM Application Configuration Analyst is

    responsible for RCM related E.H.R. Application configurations and supporting

    applications like clearinghouses. Reports to the E.H.R. Configuration Manager

    for performance evaluation.


    Skills/Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related experience.
    Minimum of five (5) years of E.H.R. application configuration to support RCM best practices
    Minimum of two (2) years of experience of NetSmart myAvatar RCM configuration
    Experience working in IT and with an EHR system while employed by a medical/healthcare/hospital system.
    Experience implementing an EHR system or similar large-scale implementation is required.

    Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
    Expert communication skills both written and oral.
    Experience developing rapport and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders required.
    Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives to successful outcomes within approved budget and timeline required.
    Highly proficient with computer applications to include Microsoft Office products.
