    Conduct semi-monthly payroll processing for two companies operating in various states, overseeing 150 employeesManage and record employee PTO requests while monitoring accrued balancesReview, approve, and process vendor invoices related to health insuranceCalculate 401k match contributions.

    Ensure accurate maintenance of employee recordsKeep ACA information current and applicableExecute month-end journal entriesProvide assistance to employees by addressing inquiries related to payrollUndertake special projects from the President/CEO, CFO, or executives that contribute to the company's growth and successHere's what you'll need to be successful in this role: Certified Payroll Professional (Active CPP)

    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 9 hours in accounting-related courses5+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrates professionalism, ethics, and confidentialityExceptional telephone, oral, and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and office staff at all levelsStrong analytical skillsMeticulous attention to detailOutstanding organizational skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and GmailPreferred experience in NetSuite SuitePeopleExperience in handling tasks in an extremely fast-paced environmentPay Range:
