- Work involves the technical planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and management of Internet, intranet, and extranet activities, including SharePoint sites, systems/applications development and technical management of Web sites.
- Provide in-depth and independent technical guidance, advice, and recommendations to the Executive Officer and Chief, Information Resource Management Division concerning all internet related sites.
- Maintain a general awareness and understanding of information assurance and security concerns/issues as they relate to a secure internet environment.
- Determine overall technical design and structure of the Inspector General (IG)-specific website environment.
- Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all web portal servers, equipment, and software related to the internet infrastructure.
- Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections.
- Monitor functionality, security, and integrity of the IG-specific websites.
- Monitor IG - specific websites' trends (e.g., site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth).
