    Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (12-hour shifts), every other weekend required — ideal for experienced night shift RNs

    Estimated Weekly Salary:
    $1,570 - $1,650 per week

    Job Requirements

    Active RN license (Arkansas RN or Compact RN preferred)

    BLS certification required

    At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience

    ACLS certification preferred

    Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend

    Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility

    Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a busy Med/Surg unit

    Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions

    Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with healthcare regulations
