    As the Assistant Security Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's valuable assets, team members, and guests. Your expertise and coordination skills will be crucial in planning and directing activities to safeguard everyone and everything on our premises.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates, and supervises security operations.
    • Prepares reports and records for the management team, and evaluates current procedures, practices, and precedents for accomplishing activities and functions relative to security.
    • Prepares periodic budget estimates and reports, and orders supplies and equipment as needed.
    • Supervises security personnel initiating personnel actions, including recruitment, selections, transfers, and promotions.
    • Prepare work schedules, assigns or delegates responsibilities, and evaluates performance.
    • Serves as liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to security.
    • Ensures overall compliance with OSHA rules and regulations and maintains accurate records.
    • Carries out all reasonable requests or special projects by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
    • Assists in the implementation, training, and administration of automated security systems, maintains records, and conducts periodic inspections.
    • Coordinates training with regard to loss prevention, fire, blood-borne pathogens, and all other safety topics related to all team members.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What are we looking for:

    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • 2-3 years of Supervisory experience in the security field is required.
    • Adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including on weekends as well as holidays.
    • TAM, Health Card, Non-Gaming Card.
    • CPR/AED Certification
    • First Aid Certification.
    • Driver's License (non-commercial) - must be state/specific.
