We are looking for a passionate Chemist to join our team in our Composite and Rubber laboratory.

Develop new and and improved products, technologies, and programs for Chem-Trend worldwide to meet customer demands in a rapid and timely manner.

Provide technical support to all company departments including Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control.

Assist manufacturing operations in the development and implementation of new or modified production methods to improve quality and increase manufacturing consistency.

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field; Minimum of five 5+ years of industrial experience; or an advanced degree in Chemistry or related field.

Working knowledge of lubricants, surface chemistry, emulsions, dispersions, coatings, and industrial processes.
Composite and Rubber industry knowledge, a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, electronic literature research and scientific software.
