    Title: Senior Living Compliance Inspector

    Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

    We are excited to announce openings for qualified Senior Living Compliance Inspectors to conduct Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections in senior care facilities. We are looking for 10 part-time and 2 full-time exceptional candidates for this vital role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute on-site inspections for new construction and significant renovations of senior living properties in line with OHP guidelines.
    • Assess units for conformity with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS).
    • Prepare detailed inspection reports and necessary documentation meeting HUD and OHP requirements along with company standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Open to travel for inspections.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and have dependable transportation.
    • Hold ICC certification, an engineering license, or an architectural license OR
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily housing inspections AND
    • At least 2 years of experience conducting inspections for HUD or other governmental/local agencies in multifamily housing.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Hourly rate of $35 - $50, depending on experience and qualifications.
    • Full-time employees enjoy access to health, dental, and vision insurance.
    • Both full-time and part-time staff are eligible for the 401(k) plan with a 5% company match after 90 days of employment.
