    Job Description

    Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment.     Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

    Experience:


    • 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required.


    • 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license in hand at the time of application.


    • This role will require floating to multiple units


    • Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.


    • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Additional Details:

    Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

    Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48 hrs . OT after 48 hours worked

    Float to all inpatient units as needed

    On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

    Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday

    Trauma level II experience highly preferred.

    Unit Information: MAP Unit – Medical and Pediatrics (Medical and Pediatrics – travelers do not take Peds patients). The major conditions/most frequent diagnoses treated: Adults - respiratory illnesses, stroke, other neurological conditions (such as seizure disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic back pain), gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, other infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal.

    Scrub Colors: any color scrubs
