Job Description
:The Practice Supervisor works in conjunction with practice management to supervise the day-to-day functions of the department(s), including but not limited to, scheduling, budget management, coaching, orientation, and training of caregivers to ensure the efficient operations of the provider practices within their portfolio. The practice supervisor assists in making employment decisions including hiring, performance evaluations, and corrective actions. This role is also responsible to help create and maintain a culture focused on Intermountain Fundamentals of Care.
Complexity of Scope – Primary Determinant
This position typically supervises 5 to 30 Caregivers.
