Our client is a highly profitable multi-location commercial/structural products and installation services enterprise with a full-service offering, from fabrication through to installation and maintenance.
The company is moving forward with a strategy to expand their operational footprint through new market penetration and potential bolt-on acquisitions to serve a national customer base.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations/business unit leader who will strategically partner with the CEO and effectively oversee the day-to-day operations of their Pacific Northwest operations.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for implementing process, rigor and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment while driving a strategy of organic growth through a motivated sales and business development team.
The Director of Operations will also oversee the installation and field teams, providing support while driving best practices and a customer-first culture.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing and fabrication background, preferably in structural engineered building products and/or construction fabrication and installation services.
You will have experience working directly with government entities (federal, state, municipalities) as well as private clients and general contractors.
