Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing proper signing and instock and inventory levels budgeting and forecasting salesOversees the implementation of community outreach programs encourages Associates to serve as good members of the community Ensures compliance with Company policies procedures regulations for the Vision Center Provides supervision development opportunities for Associates by hiring training mentoring assigning duties providing recognition promoting a belonging mindset Oversee safety operational quality assurance reviews develop implement action plans to improve performance Coordinates completes oversees jobrelated activities assignments develops maintains relationships key stakeholders supports plans initiatives meet customer business needs identifies communicates goals objectives builds accountability measures progress achieving results identifies addressing improvement opportunities demonstrates adaptability promotes continuous learning
