• The Department of Family Medicine is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Practitioner for their Northwest Arkansas Family Medicine Clinic.
• Northwest Arkansas has a mild climate with warm summers, perfect for outdoor activities and sports, and is home to attractions like Crystal Bridges Art Museum and the University of Arkansas.
• The candidate should be a Board-certified family physician willing to engage in resident mentorship, research, and scholarly activities related to Family Medicine.
• The Northwest Arkansas Family Medicine clinic has two locations in Fayetteville and Springdale, Arkansas, with a population of approximately 500,000.
• Applicants must have or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Arkansas and demonstrate teaching and patient care experience and competence.

Duties include:

• Covering residents in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and express clinics.
• Teaching residents and medical students in patient care.
• Participating in patient safety and quality projects.
• Serving as a leader and role model for residents.

The ideal candidate will focus on providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with other faculty members to enhance the Family Medicine Residency Program.

Requirements:

• Arkansas Medical License.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
