We are now hiring for a Section Supervisor in our Laboratory department. We offer a positive work environment where personnel work as a team to provide high-quality care.

This position requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a chemical, physical or biological science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• Current MT, by ASCP, AMT or equivalent/eligible with certification within two years
• Any equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.
• Good working knowledge of the principles, operations, and maintenance of lab equipment is required.
