You'll be entrusted with vital responsibilities, including installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing intricate systems and networks. This position calls for the application of your core technical expertise to lead our IT initiatives and provide top-tier technical support to our corporate users at all locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Offer assistance with a wide range of software applications and hardware systems for both local and remote users.
    • Provide personalized instruction and training on new or updated technologies, including onboarding for new employees.
    Technical Maintenance:
    • Execute routine technical support and maintenance tasks.
    • Keep record-keeping systems up to date, including comprehensive documentation of projects and user instructions.
    Inventory Management:
    • Monitor equipment and material inventory levels.
    • Conduct data entry and maintain records, including project documents, user instructions, reports, and system error logs.
    System Maintenance and Testing:
    • Regularly perform support, maintenance, and testing of technological systems.
    • Diagnose and resolve general hardware, software, and network issues and conflicts.
    Hardware and Software Evaluation:
    • Collaborate in the assessment, evaluation, and recommendation of hardware and software solutions, as well as network upgrades.
    • Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, workstations, network infrastructure, and related equipment.
    Additional Duties:
    • Fulfill any other assigned responsibilities as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education/Licensing/Certification:
    • High school diploma.
    • Valid state driver's license.
    • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent Technical IT Certification.
    Other Knowledge and Skills:
    • Stay updated on technology advancements, equipment, laws, regulations, standards, and systems.
    • Uphold HIPAA compliance.
