Long Term CareNursing HomeKey FunctionsParticipates as a member of the nursing team to ensure high-quality care to residents in our Skilled NursingAssists staff with residents' care needs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
Take and record blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
Administer medications, injections, wound care treatments, and other care needs.
Promotes and restores residents' quality of life by providing nursing care as determined by the resident's needs and their individualized care plans.
Licenses & Certifications Required:
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
