    Job Description:

    The role of the Caregiver and Dining Services Specialist is to provide exceptional care and dining services to residents in our community. This involves delivering high-quality food service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support in the day-to-day operations of the dining room, including setting up and clearing tables, serving meals, and maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
    • Assist with resident meal selections, respond to questions about menu items, and maintain knowledge of daily and always available menu options.
    • Participate in pre-meal briefings to gain knowledge of meal preparation and support activities.
    • Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health safety at all times.
    • Perform dining room checklist inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
    • Support special events, such as holidays and theme dinners.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
    • Food Safety Certified within 90 days of hire.
    • CPR and First Aid certification.
    • ServeSafe certification.
