- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with the HCP marketing team, sales, sales training & ops, CRM & analytics teams to execute marketing tactics aligned with business goals.
- Development of Sales Tools and Materials:
- Own the development of sales tools, programs, training materials, and customer communications to support field sales efforts across channels.
- Communication and Presentation:
- Develop presentations and communications plans to ensure alignment across teams and with leadership.
- Compliance and Approval Processes:
- Ensure all materials and tools are compliant and approved through the MLR process.
- Evaluation and Analysis:
- Assist in evaluating channel efforts to drive product adoption and positive return on investment.
- Budget and Timeline Management:
- Manage budget and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Experience in marketing or product management, preferably in medical products or services.
- Strong presentation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to think critically and analyze market conditions and opportunities.
- Previous experience working with agencies on material creation.
- Experience in Life Science industries.
- Ability to develop materials within compliance and guideline boundaries.
