Description

*What does a Customer Service Representative do?*

Support inbound/outbound calls supporting the call center for collections

Assisting customers with inquires regarding their billing statements, payment plans and discounts

Communicate with customers solutions, resolutions and options

Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies and create a request for resolution

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements

Maintaining system with inputting customer information and making notes

*What skills and qualifications are needed in this role?*

*Bilingual: Must be bilingual in Spanish

1 year of recent call center experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems

*Hours of Operation: *Monday-Friday (with rotating Saturdays)
