Service Tire Technician Denver, CO (Entry and Experienced)

Michelin, the Worldwide leader in Tires, is looking for new team members

THE CHALLENGE

Perform assigned services accurately and ensure personal and others' safety.
Take full responsibility for your role's success at the Service Center.
Offer valuable ideas for enhancing customer service and business operations.
Enhance knowledge of Camso's products and services.

Overall Function

Service customer products as instructed.
Operate machines according to job specifications.
Assist in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure timely completion of tasks.
Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
Support warehouse activities as needed.
Follow procedures and report any issues promptly.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Direction Received

Follow instructions from the Service Manager and/or Service Center (Branch) Manager.

Required Skills

High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Experience in an industrial or mechanical environment is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours.

Required Training

Training on Solideal products and services.
Tire Mounting/Dismounting and Press Procedures.
Customer Service and Safety/ISO Training.
Manufacturer Tire Fill Training.
Company policies and procedures.

Equipment Operation

Training provided as needed on Presses, Urethane Fill Equipment, Forklift Operation, and Wrapping Machine.

Work Conditions

Smoke-free office environment.
Typical driving hazards.
Computer and telephone usage.
Exposure to various environments at customer locations.
Required lifting of products.
