JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Rec Hall is seeking dedicated and reliable student workers to assist with facility and event operations.
Successful candidates will primarily be responsible for helping the building staff set-up and tear down varsity athletic competitions hosted by the venue to aid in executing competitions for student-athletes, coaches and fans.
On an as needed basis, the role may also include some event operations (keeping score, running music, etc.) and equipment room (folding towels, doing laundry, etc.) responsibilities.
Rec Hall is the home competition site for Penn State men's and women's volleyball, men's and women's gymnastics, and wrestling, as well as housing the men's and women's soccer teams.
CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
