    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Collaborates with leaders to enhance relationships, foster morale, and boost productivity and retention

    Maintains a comprehensive understanding of legal mandates and ensures regulatory compliance, collaborating with the legal department as necessary

    Collaborates with leadership and managers, offering HR advice and interpretation

    Guides business units in workforce and succession planning

    Addresses and resolves concerns within the team's relationships

    Offers ongoing guidance in performance management, encompassing coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions

    Partners with HR and Business leadership to formulate solutions, programs, and policies

    Offers recommendations for promotions and transfers

    Identifies training requirements for business units and provides individual executive coaching as needed


    QUALIFICATIONS
    A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in human resources is essential.

    Demonstrated proficiency in building strong relationships and guiding both employees and management through intricate and challenging situations.

    Exceptional communication skills and effective decision-making abilities.

    Proven, solid understanding of the fundamental principles and practices of HR, encompassing employment law and compliance requirements.
