Job summary
I'm looking for an experienced automation specialist to connect Arketa with Zapier and HubSpot so that all contacts leads and purchasers from Arketa are automatically organized inside HubSpot.
This project is about clean setup smart organization and documentation — not just making it work.Required Experience Strong Zapier experience (multi-step Zaps filters paths) HubSpot CRM setup (contacts properties pipelines) Comfortable working with platforms that don't have perfect native integrations Clear communicator — able to explain what you built
Responsibilities
- Zap 1: Arketa Purchases → HubSpot
- Create or update the contact in HubSpot (no duplicates)
- Populate key properties (name email offering purchased source = Arketa)
