Job Title: LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Newport, VT Accepting Local Candidates only)
Shift: 12 Hrs Day Shift (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
Duration: 8 Weeks Contract (Possible Extension)
Facility: Bel-Aire Center
Pay Package for 36 Hrs/Week:
- Weekly Gross: $1,152/wk.
- Hourly Rate: $32/hr. on W2
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (Required)
- Active BLS from AHA (Required)
- Current Vermont State LPN License (Required)
- COVID Vaccination (Preferred)
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with daily activities.
- Support physicians and other healthcare professionals in implementing treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and post-treatment care.
- Assist with patient assessments, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and optimise patient outcomes.
