- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN) or Bachelors of Nursing (BSN)
- Requires current state of Indiana license as a Registered Nurse
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a national accredited nursing program
- Two years experience working with adult patients is preferred.
- Salary based on education and experience
- 10 vacation days

- RN will work primarily with one physician or nurse practitioner; however, our seven RN's work as a team and this RN will be required to fill in for other RN's as needed and directed by management.
- Telephone triage
- Answer questions from patients with support from your physician/NP
- Discuss test results/referrals
- Prior Authorizations for procedures and medications
- Prescription refills
- Population health management
- Complete paperwork
- Assist with our Chronic Care Management program
