- Gather, organize and process driver paperwork, logs, manifest, vehicle inspection, etc.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and driver issues.
- Research and address truck shortages.
- Support delivery associate problem resolution.
- Maintain driver qualification files as per DOT guidelines.
- Monitor driver logs and violations.
- Generate reports for supervisors.
- Review Drive Cam Events.
- Assist in New Driver DOT Training.
- Perform tasks as delegated by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years' distribution/transportation experience preferred.
- Valid Driver License.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and motivational skills.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Manpower scheduling.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, lifting up to 40 pounds, and specific vision abilities.
