- Supports Intelligence Community-led HUMINT collection working groups.
- Performs analysis of HUMINT metadata for the purpose of improving the geolocation, contact chaining, and additional communications characterizations of targets of interest. –
- Analyzes HUMINT content and metadata to support the development of existing targets and the discovery of other analytic vectors through the reconstruction and documentation of target communications networks.
- Tracks Army HUMINT requirements and collaborate with Army Enterprise elements and external elements as required.
- Provides linguistic/machine translation activities for HUMINT activities/collection, as required.
- Provides recommendations for HUMINT collection doctrine, polices, processes and procedures.
Conducts and supervises tasking, survey, collection, geolocation, processing, and exploitation of foreign signals through HUMINT analysis and dissemination - Assists in the HUMINT collection management process; operates and employs cryptologic equipment
- Uses the methods for HUMINT collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination and training activities required to maximize operational HUMINT readiness and assist with the creation of products for presentation to senior Government officials as well as edit and coordinate the final drafting of documents and presentations as required.
Supports and assists to systematically conduct HUMINT research and readiness activities to enhance the Government's awareness, preparedness, and decision-making capabilities through USARPAC in accordance with Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community HUMINT Policy. - Manages and integrates HUMINT collection and analysis activities per contract requirements.
- Enables the collaboration and synchronization of HUMINT processing, exploiting and disseminating HUMINT analysis and data processing by leveraging knowledge and experience in policy, program planning, collection capabilities, analytics, and information technology (IT) modernization.
- Alleviates obstacles that could preclude the USARPAC and its strategic partners that encumber HUMINT intelligence systems operations, training and sustaining.
- Gathers feedback from HUMINT intelligence consumers to determine if the requirements are being satisfied and revises intelligence requirements based on feedback received to identify issues, minimize information gaps, and mitigate capability shortfalls.
- Develops HUMINT intelligence Measures of Performance (MOPs) and intelligence Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).
- Bachelors degree and five (5) years' experience; Four (4) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- There may be positions available at all levels 0-20+ years experience
- Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires
- Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires
- Must have an active TS clearance to start work
- Must be able to obtain a TS/SC

We are seeking Intel Analysts HUMINT at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).
These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.
The Intel Analyst HUMINT plans, develops, manages, and supports lead roles in HUMINT collection and analysis related boards, bureaus, centers, cells, and working groups. Provides HUMINT collection requirements that conform to established standards which then are publicized in the appropriate system of record. Assists the management of the Army HUMINT -related products and data calls. Facilitates Army level multi-discipline strategies. Assists in development of Army HUMINT collection requirements. Assists in HUMINT collection assessment processes.
