    Description

    The EHS Manager will provide managerial oversight for all EHS regulatory requirements within the manufacturing facilities while also collaborating directly with the Corporate EHS Director.

    Responsibilities:

    Plan, develop, implement, and assess occupational safety, environmental, and health programs for the facility.

    Assist in devising programs aimed at managing, mitigating, and preventing injuries stemming from chemical, physical, or ergonomic factors.

    Offer regulatory guidance and advice to management and other employee groups on a wide array of occupational safety matters and decisions.

    Coordinate the activities of all regulatory programs and procedures.

    Supervise and review accident and injury data analysis, identifying requirements for new or revised safety programs.

    Deliver environmental, health, and safety training across different departments and divisions.

    Conduct inspections, investigations, and occupational safety initiatives across various departments and processes.

    Maintain records of all safety and environmental training, inspections, audits, regulatory information, etc.

    Establish relationships with environmental compliance partners at local, regional, and company levels.

    Provide management and oversight for Title V operating permits, RCRA requirements, Tier II reporting, NPDES, and other environmental activities.

    Qualifications:

    Thorough knowledge of state and federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and requirements.

    Previous experience and familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

    Minimum of 5 years of prior experience.

    Bachelor's degree in related related field.

    Ability to plan, implement, and assess departmental occupational safety programs.

    Capability to implement safety programs in compliance with industry standards and federal, state, and local regulations.

    Highly qualified candidates:

    Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
