    Job Description:

    Reporting to the Associate Director, Integrated Marketing the Integrated Marketing Manager leads the design and execution of all marketing campaigns for one of the University's five schools or divisions. This role involves working across various schools and/or University departments, leading the strategy, development, execution, and assessment of integrated marketing plans in alignment with University strategic priorities.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop creative/innovative brand integration strategies for to support overall goals and objectives; focus on providing integrated and innovative experiences to various audiences.
    • Oversee day-to-day marketing activities.
    • Oversee production schedules and marketing timelines for various projects; keep track of all budgets and deliverables.
    • Liaise with internal departments as well as outside agencies to guarantee the successful execution of all integrated marketing plans.
    • Define and track the key measurement and/or ROI areas for all integrated marketing efforts.
    • Manage the creation of and development of content for collateral, press releases, e-communications, website, social media, and other related marketing efforts.
    • Maintain good working relationships with members of internal departments.
    • Provide consistent and measurable reporting on a 30-day and yearly cadence.
    • Participate in the professional development of the marketing department. This involves:
    • Promoting efficiency and courtesy throughout the University community
    • Participating in departmental/staff meetings as necessary
    • Serving as a responsible committee representative as requested
    • Communicating effectively with supervisor concerning pertinent matters
    • Promote safe and secure working conditions. This involves:
    • Promoting the proper utilization of equipment, tools, and materials
    • Notifying supervisor immediately regarding any unsafe working conditions
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • A minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience, including writing and strategy development; prior experience marketing for the arts and/or humanities areas is a plus.
    • Excellent client/project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar and proofreading skills.
    • The ability to effectively present ideas.
    • Experience managing the development of both digital and print materials.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Detail-oriented, with high standards for brand, messaging and quality.
    • Good sense for visual appeal of marketing materials, design, and photography.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Experience working in higher education, nonprofit, or a highly matrixed organization.
    • Ability to work with a wide variety of constituents across campus.
