    Majority schedule:
    Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (combination of inpatient AM/outpatient PM first week; remaining weeks primarily outpatient)

    Job Responsibilities:
    Provide physical therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
    Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
    Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system (Meditech).
    Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
    Meet productivity and compliance requirements within established deadlines.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    Minimum

    2 years of Physical Therapy experience

    (outpatient and inpatient experience required).
    Valid State Physical Therapy License

    (must be active by start date).
    Experience with

    Meditech

    charting system.
    Copy of all required certifications.
    Ability to work in a government facility environment (no background hits accepted).
    COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions).
    Strong communication and organizational skills.
    Ability to adapt to a split inpatient/outpatient schedule during initial week.
